Lt Cdr Philip Dickinson passed away June 2021.
He saw flying active service with 826NAS in 1982 from a variety of ships, including HMS Hermes & RFA Fort Austin.

Martin Donnelly passed away in June 2021 from Cancer.
Martin served as a Junior Seaman on board RFA Tidespring during the conflict.

Samuel served with 3rd Battalion Parachute Regiment, during the 1982 Falklands Conflict.

Al Gaff passed away on Sunday 7th February 2021 from COVID-19.
Al served on board HMS Glamorgan during the conflict.

Russell Peter Charles Garner passed away on 13th January 2021.
Russell served on board HMS Coventry during the conflict in 1982.

Roy was a crew member on board the Norland and entertained the troops of 2 PARA and the Norland Crew during the journey down south to the Falkland’s. He passed away peacefully at home on 2nd June 2021.

David Greenslade passed away on 6th June 2021.
Sgt Greenslade served with the Royal Army Medial Corps, with the parent unit of 2 Field Hospital.
Rest in Peace David.
Jon Harrison passed away on 25.01.2021 from COVID-19.

Commander Neil “Nobby” Hall, passed away on 20th April 2021.

Martin “Speedy” Heale passed away on 15th December 2021. Martin served as Leading Cook on board HMS Alacrity.

Robert served on board HMS Plymouth, during the Falklands Conflict.

Major Michael “Mac” McHale who served with 16 Field Ambulance, passed away on 6th January 2021 from COVID-19.
Our thoughts are with his family and friends at this extremely difficult time.
Michael “Mac” McMenamin passed away in early 2021. Michael served with 3rd Parachute Regiment during the conflict.

It is with great sadness that we report the death of Kevin “Mac” MacDonald. Kevin passed away suddenly on the 5th May 2021.
Mac was the SAMA (82) Area Coordinator for the South East region, and a Life Vice President. He also carried out duties as Secretary for Seaford Royal Naval Association .
“Mac” served on board HMS Antrim in 1982.
He will be sorely missed by the SAMA (82) family.
Brian Mitchell served on board HMS Brilliant during the conflict as a Gunner/Missleman.
He passed away in June 2021 from cancer.

Ted Meechan passed away in August 2021. During the conflict in 1982, Ted served with the Royal Navy on board Type 21 frigates. Our thoughts are with his family and friends at this time.
Andrew Moore sadly passed away in October 2021.
Andy served with HMS Hermes in the Falklands Conflict 1982.

Wesley Nicholson passed away in July 2021.
Wes “Rat” Nicholson served with 29 CDO Regt RA as a forward observer alongside 42 CDO RM in 1982.

Lt Col Martin Osborne, who served with 3 PARA during the conflict, passed away on 8th February 2021.

Graham Overson served as LACCWEA onboard HMS Hermes during the conflict in 1982.
He was laid to rest with his wife Julia in a double service in May 2021.

Dr Richard Peacocke, served with 656 AAC.
He passed away in November 2020.

Raymond Rosedale sadly passed away on 3rd March 2021 just 12 days after a devastating diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.
Raymond served with 42 CDO RM.

Harold Sutherland (Big Norm) sadly passed away in hospital just days before his 82nd birthday.
“Norm” served onboard MV Norland in 1982.

Lt Cdr Donald I Stokes MCFA MHCIMA MICA (S) (CA) RN, passed away on 16th November 2021.
During the conflict in 1982, Donald served as the catering Officer on HMS Hermes.

Ian “Chippy” Thomas passed away at home in France on 31st March 2021 after a long battle with Cancer.

Dr Martyn Ward JP MBBS FRCA, passed away in late summer 2021 aged 66. He served as Surgeon Lieutenant, 45 CDO in Ajax Bay.
