RBL Scotland Veterans Parade 2022 – Saturday 18th June 2022 – Edinburgh

All  Veterans welcome to join the March. Simply turn up on the day.

The Outline of the event is as follows:

10.00am Assembly – all veterans marching on the day are to form up in Charlotte Square Edinburgh, outside Bute house under control of the GSM Edinburgh Garrison

10.15am The parade led by the band of the Royal Regiment of Scotland TBC and the Scots Guards Association Pipes and Drums will step off at along a route from Charlotte Square along the southern carriage way of George St Past a saluting Dias which will be outside the Assembly rooms in George St and into the south east entrance of St Andrews Square.

10.30am The Parade will arrive in St Andrews Sq Edinburgh where a short service of remembrance will take place

11.00am The Pipes and Drums of the Scots Guards Association will play the Crags of Tumbledown as part of a mass participation event we have organised we have requested that pipers and Pipe Bands throughout the UK and world join them by playing the tune at this time

11.00 until 1430 there will be a refreshments and programme of entertainment and music prior to dispersal.
