I was a very young Scout Leader so knew Mike through his work as a local Scout Leader in Southsea.
The local Scout leaders refurbished a room in memory of Mike at our headquarters in Brewery House, Southsea.
Sadly the council has now closed the centre. But for many years every district meeting took place in Mike’s room.
