Very happy memories of Frank. Fellow neighbours in Newhouse Road, Marton, Blackpool.

Pupils together at Baines Endowed Infant/Junior school, Marton, Blackpool (also Derek).

Happy times building (and defending) annual November 5th bonfires on Preston New Road. Meeting up again at Royal Navy Barracks, Plymouth in 1954 when Frank, as a “crusher”, let me into barracks “adrift” the “worse for wear” after “a night ashore” instead of
placing me “on a charge”!!!

At the age of 88 many wonderful boyhood memories of times (both legal and illegal)
spent with the Marton gang whose names and faces are clearly in my mind.
