Gerald was born in Brixworth on the 11th November 1963.
He died after being wounded during the Battle of Mount Longdon on 12th June 1982

Gerald’s passion was for the Army and football as a goalkeeper. He was well liked in the village and missed by all his friends and his Family.
Gerald is buried in Brixworth cemetery near his Brother Steve and his Mum and Dad.

In 2022, as part of the 40th Anniversary commemorations, geographical features were identified and named after the fallen of 1982. BULL ISLET is a small tussac island off mainland West Falkland, near Port Edgar in Falkland Sound.
