Terrance, from Cardiff, South Glamorgan was born on the 18th May 1963.

He died on 12th June 1982 when HMS Glamorgan damaged by a land-launched Exocet missile on the Stanley gunline.

In 2022, as part of the 40th Anniversary commemorations, geographical features were identified and named after the fallen of 1982.   PERKINS POINT is a prominent point on mainland East Falkland, south of Lion Creek Island, and at the southern entrance to Eagle Passage.
