Keith, from Dartford in Kent was born on 1st October 1982.  

He died near Mount Kent while on patrol on 11th June 1982.  He rests in San Carlos Cemetery, Falkland Islands.

I was in training with Keith (251 Tp) and in 45 Commando during the Falklands conflict when he was killed. Keith was a really nice guy and a gentleman.

In 2022, as part of the 40th Anniversary commemorations, geographical features were identified and named after the fallen of 1982.   KEITH PHILLIPS CREEK is situated on the western arm of Teal Inlet in Port Salvador, East Falkland.
