The QMLAC are a free community legal advice centre which has a specialist project to provide free legal advice to those currently serving or who have served in the armed forces.
They offer free and confidential legal advice to those currently serving in the armed forces, those who have served, and their families and act as a first-tier advice agency: providing preliminary advice on the strength of the client’s case, the processes that need to be followed, and an explanation of complex legal issues. All provided in a safe and confidential environment for you to talk about your legal issues and will give written advice within fourteen days of an appointment. If they can’t help, they will signpost or refer you to an alternative organisation that can. Legal advice is delivered by Student Advisers under the supervision of qualified lawyers.
