The Not Forgotten Veterans Christmas Lunch

With winter, dark nights and the New Year fast approaching, The Not Forgotten team have been busy organising a 10 day Christmas lunch tour to lift the spirits of veterans across the UK and bring some festive cheer at what is a difficult time for so many. 

We are delighted to be writing to you with details of the lunch we have organised at Marriott Hotel Durham, Royal County Hotel). We would like to extend an invitation to  SAMA 82 for 2 veterans &  their guests to attend. Please note this is a complimentary event for veterans and guests but we do ask that you make your own transport arrangements to and from the Hotel.

Timings and details are as follows: 

1200 hours:                   Veterans and guests arrive 

1215 hours:                  Welcome drink is served (variety of drinks, plus non-alcoholic alternatives)

1245 hours:                   Lunch is served 

1415 hours:                   Entertainment

1515 – 1530 hours:    Guests depart

 Dress code will be jacket and tie/smart day dress/trousers – medals optional.
