The Not Forgotten Veterans Christmas Lunch

With winter, dark nights and the New Year fast approaching, The Not Forgotten team have been busy organising a 10 day Christmas lunch tour to lift the spirits of veterans across the UK and bring some festive cheer at what is a difficult time for so many. 

We are delighted to be writing to you with details of the lunch we have organised at Portsmouth Marriott Hotel, in their Heritage Suite. We would like to extend an invitation to SAMA 82 for 4 Veterans to attend. Please note this is a complimentary event for veterans and guests but we do ask that you make your own transport arrangements to and from the Hotel.

Timings and details are as follows: 

Location:                       Portsmouth Marriott Hotel, Heritage Suite, Southampton Road, North Harbour, Portsmouth PO6 4SH.

                                          There is complimentary on-site parking.

1200 hours:                   Veterans and guests arrive 

1215 hours:                  Welcome drink is served – Variety of Arrival Drinks with non-alcoholic alternative

1245 hours:                  Lunch is served 

1415 hours:                   Entertainment

1515 – 1530 hours:    Guests depart

Menu Choices:

Main Course – Roast Turkey or Plant based roast dinner

Dessert – Traditional Christmas Pudding or Chocolate Brownie (Vegan/Vegetarian but does contain nuts)

Followed by tea, coffee and mince pies 

Dress code will be jacket and tie/smart day dress/trousers – medals optional.

• Menu options – main menu or vegetarian 
• Any dietary requirements – gluten free, lactose intolerant etc

We do hope you will be able to join us and look forward to hearing from you.  Please note our numbers are limited to 100 and whilst we will try to accommodate all guests, we will accept the first responses we receive.
