Paul, from Rhyl in Clwyd, was born on 21st January 1961.
He died on 8th June 1982 when the Sir Galahad was bombed in Fitzroy Sound.

In 2022, as part of the 40th Anniversary commemorations, geographical features were identified and named after the fallen of 1982. GREEN BAY is situated south of the old Fitzroy Bridge in Port Fitzroy, East Falkland.
